2FA adds an extra layer of security by requiring two forms of verification: your password and a one-time code. After entering your password, you'll receive a one-time code via email or authenticator app. This prevents unauthorized access even if someone obtains your password.

Your profile includes personal information (name, date of birth, address), contact details, government IDs (UMID, Phil Health, PAG-IBIG, TIN), educational background, work experience, skills, training records, professional licenses, family information, and service records. All information is secure and accessible only to authorized personnel.

Log in to HRMIS, navigate to Leave Applications, and select the type of leave you need. Fill in the required dates, provide a reason, and attach supporting documents if necessary. Your application will go through a multi-level approval process with your supervisor, department head, and HR office. You can track the status in real-time from your dashboard.

HRMIS supports various leave types including: Vacation Leave, Sick Leave, Mandatory/Forced Leave, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, Calamity Leave, Solo Parent Leave, Adoption Leave, and more.
